Main machine:
a. Speed: 200~1000pcs/min
b. There are sensors to detect the feeding of top and bottom biscuit, if the top or bottom biscuit are not be detected, the pneumatic valve will block the cream, the machine will keep on running, once the bottom biscuits is detected, the pneumatic valve will release the cream again.
c. Brush Cleaner:
Rotary brush roller cleans the pushers. An air blowing nozzle will dry them.
d. Reclaiming:
Bottom of the main machine equip with trolley, easy for scrap reclaiming and cleaning. e. The pusher chains and driving chains of the whole machines will sue RENOLD brand.
f. The biscuit transfer from sandwiching machine to packing machine the chain also use Renold brand with completed finger pusher.
Cream Hopper:
a. Cream Hopper is separated with the main machine; adopts SUS304 stainless steel pipe to feed cream to the main machine
b. Jacketed hopper with constant temperature device, 200L total capacity for cream hopper
c. Special designed agitator and rotor pump (SUS304); feed to stencil head.
d. Stencil head (with constant temperature device), consists of stator, rotor, and mould ring, made of SUS304.
e. Speed of cream feeding can be adjusted individually or combined with main machine.
Biscuit Feeding System:
a. Biscuits are fed by bottom and top biscuits vibratory feeding chutes.
b. Biscuit Feeder is consisted of V shape feeding chutes and vibratory device.
c. Biscuit feeding speed frequency inverter adjustable, simultaneously with main machine
TSP Row Combiner Connect to Packing Machine:
a. Merge the two rows of sandwiches automatically in a row (stack up and down) to packing machine.
b. Using the double pole type pusher, this pushing center line is completely overlap with the pushing center line of the packing machine, to avoid pushing biscuits slanting.
c. Automatic tracking to packing machine to get below packing type, and can be change from touch screen.

DELIVERY TIME:
INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT:
The Seller will send 1~2 technicians to guide the customer erecting the machine and training the operators. The Buyer shall cover the visa cost, international round trip tickets, local accommodation and meal, traffic, etc, besides, the customer shall pay USD150.00/MAN*DAY as the remuneration of the technicians.
GUARANTY PERIOD:
The guaranty period is within 12 months from the date of acceptance but not longer than 15 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During the guaranty period, the Seller shall replace the spare parts which are damaged due to the manufacturing or material defect (not including the consumable parts). But the quotation doesn’t include any manpower service cost, so whenever the Buyer requires the Seller to send a technician for after sale service, the Buyershall coverall of the expenses and also USD150.00/man*day to the Seller’stechnician.
